  • I have supported both NHS (2005–2022) and private practice operations due to the practice becoming private (2022-current). I have significant experience in helping on board and registering new patients as well as discharging old patients from our practice. I am also responsible for handling 2-week pathways.

  • I manage a busy appointment system, including scheduling, rescheduling, and booking follow-ups. I deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast paced environment.
