I have worked in Housing for 9 years and have a proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining good relationships with our customer. I am skilled in communicating with tenants, resolving disputes and managing a caseload of both lower level, and complex anti-social behaviour cases.

I have a good working relationship with my current employer and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve housing objectives.

Helping individuals over the age of 55 to live independently within their own homes for longer, identifying support needed to do this and refer to partner organisations to achieve this. This role also entailed the management of community alarms and it's service to our tenants. I was based and often referred our customers to the Independent Living Schemes and Flexicare, supporting them through the transition of this.

  • Tackled chronic loneliness by providing tailored companionship through active listening and shared hobbies.
  • Contributed to specialised care for people with dementia, re-enablement or people with continence difficulties.
  • Prioritised person-centred care to maximise independence for clients with dementia and limited mobility.
  • Monitored and reported changes to physical and emotional wellbeing to improve outcomes for service users.
