Amanda Owen

I am passionate about education and have been a dedicated, conscientious and hard working Teacher for 30 years.

I have loved being in the classroom and designing new projects for students to ensure engagement along side learning.

I am an extremely organised teacher who ensures preparation is handed over to technician well in advance of due dates.

After 26 years of Teaching at Penryn , I wanted to teach in another school before finishing, which led to my post at Treviglas. The plan was to complete between 3 and 5 years in my final Teaching post. I have now completed 4 and whist I will greatly miss my work, I fell the time has come for new adventures.

I have recently undertaken a picture framing course as I felt that I would to work along side artists.

When I saw this post I was excited, I feel I have all the skills as well as a passion for Art and Design.
