Amanda Morrison

I work as part of the school team to help support the pupils' teaching and learning. Currently, I work on a one-to-one basis with children with additional needs. I contribute to providing them a safe, secure, and inclusive school environment. I do this by building positive relationships with them and their families, which builds the child's confidence and enhances their ability to learn.

I also work as a Family Link Worker one day a week, which allows me to engage positively with our children and their families to provide a range of practical and emotional assistance by helping them access services, resources, and information that they may need.

• Working independently on front reception, duties include answering customer queries in store and on telephone, customer service, some till work, some cleaning duties.

• Worked as part of the Early Customer Lifecycle team providing customers with support when beginning the Sky experience, be it with Sky television, broadband or sky talk.
• Taking ownership of the customers experience and providing a simple, reliable and personal service abiding by Sky's high standards.

• Worked as part of team as a destination expert that recommended and sold holidays and extras to a wide range of customers.
• Was customer driven and was very positive and had a passion for delivering a contemporary service with professionalism and a personalised approach.

• Worked as part of a team in preparing and delivering activities to increase social and personal development of children and young people.
• This was completed in several Youth Clubs within the Livingston area.

• Worked as part of a team as a destination expert that recommended and sold holidays and extras to a wide range of customers.

• Worked as part of a team and delivered an imaginative and creative programme for children aged 4 -11 years.
• Also took part in mini discos, PR activities and helped children have fun and memorable experiences while on holiday.
• Promoted childcare at welcome meetings and also delivered guiding and airport duties.
