After always wanting to learn how to become a dog groomer, I decided to undertake training. From something that I just wanted to learn turned into a career after quickly getting the opportunity to rent a place in a shop. This enhanced my customer service skills as well as communicating with the customer to understand exactly what they want. Having to uphold great time management so I do not over run into the next appointment.
