The training coordinator acts as cross department support with focus on administrative tasks related to training.

Support to identify, structure and assignment of training just-in-time

Administrate the training team SharePoint pages and ensure content is current.

Filing and archiving of training documents

Support managers on how to identify and assign relevant training on time.

Ensure training content is bundled at local level according to NN Training administration rules (STA, GTA, etc.).

Ensure to use modules and/or job functions at higher organisational level (area or corporate) when available.

Apply naming convention and write meta data consistently and correctly in accordance with current standards in Novo Nordisk Training procedure.

Perform process control according to NN Training administration rules (e.g. STA data from TED dashboard).

Review content in QualityDocs and STA News according to local frequency.

Follow-up on tickets on-hold and housekeeping reports frequently

Create and maintain training assignments with Content Responsible

Provide input to processes where training can be lifted to a higher level.

Participate in relevant training network meetings.

Act as local superuser of training IT systems and tools.

Support with training registration, assignments/un-assignments, etc. in systems or ticket creation.

Facilitate local onboarding to Novo Nordisk and the business unit for new employees.

Coordinate participants, presenters and facilities for onboarding initiatives.

Request feedback and proactively improve initiatives.
