Started as a health care assistant and i have been working as a Med Tech for the last 6 months in Tonbridge house care home.

• Leading and supervising a team of healthcare assistants, delegating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring high-quality care delivery for residential and dementia units with 21 residents on each floor.
