  • My mission was to validate the colour of the cars, it was a challenging process as I had to spot paint weaknesses, oversprayed areas, dents on the body etc
  • It was a really stressful process because if I had missed any spot, the car couldn't be shipped to assembly and it needed to be scraped
  • If I had spotted any mistake I had to ship the car to tiny or colour repair line depending always on the case
  • My shift used to be 7.5 hours and in every single shift we had to validate a car in less than 66 seconds in order to go to the upcoming car, by the end of my shift I had to validate 360 cars
