During my placement at Morgan LaRoche, I gained hands-on experience across the Corporate & Commercial and Commercial Property departments. I was entrusted with a variety of legal tasks and had the opportunity to observe the day-to-day workings of a busy regional law firm. My responsibilities included:

• Legal research on intellectual property matters, including trademark registration, copyright protection, and IP enforcement strategies.
• Reviewing and summarizing commercial contracts and lease agreements.
• Preparing and proofreading legal documents and letters.
