I have passed an External Examiners Course and achieved over 90 % in positive satisfaction rates for my modules, based upon student feedback.

I have achieved and had published, several peer reviewed articles based around matters connected to police culture and the value of specific teaching pedagogies, to reform this culture.

I have conducted primary research with police forces across England and Wales, over a six month period to analyse police recruits understanding of sexism and misogyny and the value of video, in reforming this area of police culture.

I have attended conferences in Europe and locally, in order to present my research findings.

I am currently learning British Sign Language.
