My current role at Golf Base is that of Dispatch Manger. It is my responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the dispatch department. This includes team organization such as weekly rota preparation and the delegation pf team roles, One of my main duty's is to make sure all parcels leave the premises on time and that they are correctly labeled, I also budget for all supplies for the department. Other tasks included creating and printing labels for the parcels being sent out, ensuring the work space remains tidy and complies to Health and safety regulations. I am also hold a first aid at work certificate.

I was the Retail Manager for ESK Pets Pantry which is a separate retail unit to ESK Wholesale ltd. I ran this store between 2005 and 2020. My many duties in this role were extensive such as staff recruitment, wage budgeting, stock ordering and budgeting, health and safety procedures, staff motivation and supervisions, forklift operation, stock merchandising.

At Wiltons Pet and Garden Centre I was responsible for the smooth running of the store. My duties included. Staff recruitment and training, ordering and merchandising of stock to continually increase sales, health and safety procedures and ensuring high levels of customer service.
