I was head hunted for this role within the store from a new commercial manager. I was selected out of three other potential co -ordinators of which I was unaware and convinced me to move to foods as a strategic career move.

• Running the womenswear team and managing the staffing board to cover areas of the department ensuring staff were well co-ordinated with morning deliveries.
• Translating senior management directives into actionable front-line policies and implemented changes with staff such as seasonal phase changes and ensuring they are implemented effectively.
