· Lead the commercial strategy for the asset finance brokerage, with responsibility for driving revenue growth outside the current target market, assessing margin optimisation, and sustainable scale for growth going forwards.
· Working closely alongside the Managing Director to set and execute growth objectives for the Company and Staff.
· Responsible for performance reporting, providing senior-level insight into revenue, conversion rates, approval rates, fees, pipeline value, and customer retention using current CRM system, as well as assessing other systems for future use.
· Develop and manage funder strategy, optimising panel composition, pricing, and appetite alignment to maximise deal success and profitability. Currently onboarding new funders to grow the existing panel.
· Oversee end-to-end customer journeys, structuring and negotiating complex asset finance proposals while balancing commercial return and risk.
· Act as senior point of contact for key customers, and funders, strengthening long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
· Developing commercial, sales-aligned operational teams through recruitment, performance management, mentoring, and training.
· Representing the business externally at industry events, networking forums such as The Guild, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and commercial partnerships.
· Maintain strong governance and compliance oversight, including FCA requirements, complaints management, and risk controls.
