- During solo shifts I would open, close, serve customers, make orders, restock inventory, and maintain a clean workstation alone, teaching me how to keep on top of several responsibilities in an orderly fashion.
- I gained experience in handling food, customer sales, and efficiently coordinating with a team in a fast-paced environment, adapting to different job roles fluidly to ensure a consistent high standard of quality and presentation in every product being made despite the pressure of rapid demand.
