I am passionate about working with people who need someone to listen. Being in recovery I consider myself one of the lucky ones and if I can pass on the message of hope to others then I know I'm doing what I'm meant to do.

I worked directly with theatre directors and all theatre staff managing holiday allowance, time off in lieu, disciplinary procedures and mediation, calculating and organising payment of overtime (in accordance with Bectu and/or Equity) organising theatre press nights and managed the logistics of the complete cinema refurbishment
I also managed the recruitment of staff from advertising in The Stage, organising interviews, interviewing staff, issuing contracts and staff induction.

PRODUCTIONS INCLUDED: "Soul II Soul" World Tour - this involved organising a World Tour for the band starting with" rehearsals in Los Angeles, then on tour in Japan, Australia and then tour buses right across the USA
Developed filming, editing and transmission schedules and was solely responsible for managing overall series budgets in excess of £1m.
Worked on series such as "Naked Sport" - a documentary series for Channel Four on the American Sports industry featuring Michael Jordan and many other high profile American athletes at the top of their game
"Soul by the Sea" - a documentary for Motown and the BBC filmed in Jamaica featuring artists such as Stevie Wonder, Boys II Men, Ziggy Marley and The Temptations.
