Alison Ames

I have lead and supported our business for 22 years this includes invoicing, customer services, international and UK sales, accounts, managing the business day to day activity, international paperwork for export and import, HMRC paperwork including salaries/pensions requirements, health and safety plans in the work place, despatching company goods and completely apply skills to Microsoft applications, most other applications and can quickly learn new systems. My passion is customer services and the general challenges of business. I do embrace paperwork and legislation.

I also have a mental health diploma, safeguarding and advanced parenting.

I embrace team and individual interaction generating new ideas, challenging them, problem solving and combining them together to create a positive solution then analysis. This involves being able to listen, hear, challenge and produce a point of view to create the solution.

I am self-motivated ensuring task this enables me to motivate and productive suggestions to other team members when required. Encouraging everyone achieves their goals, within the group where necessary, whilst being heard during problem solving.
