Attention to detail- reviewed contract terms by creating terms’ matrixes to report on the understanding of contract terms to management and associates.

Customer service- working on urgent actions for key customers and to present findings to stakeholders

Active engagement in Embrace ERG - participating in the ERG’s South Asian Heritage Month and other events to promote South Asian heritage and culture.
