I really enjoy swim teaching, I do this by utilizing teaching aids effectively, I have assessed over 100 student skill levels for proper placement and delegation, and collaborated with instructors to enhance learning.

By providing positive reinforcement, by organizing equipment before and after every class, and maintaining clear communication with parents, I ensured a supportive environment. Holding CPR, First Aid, and lifeguard certifications, I prioritized safety while fostering an engaging and fun atmosphere.

Trained in water rescue, first aid, and CPR, I handle high-pressure situations with confidence. I communicate effectively, foster teamwork, and support operational efficiency, thriving both independently and collaboratively while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.

Through my volunteer work alongside fellow sports coaches, I have contributed to enhancing team performance by developing and implementing effective coaching strategies. By collaborating with other coaches, I have shared best practices and techniques to improve overall program quality and ensure the best experience for participants. I am committed to promoting sportsmanship values among young people, fostering a positive and inclusive competitive atmosphere. Additionally, I help provide engaging activities, fun games, and hot meals for youth in a deprived local area, ensuring they have access to both enjoyable experiences and essential support within a welcoming environment.

During my two-week work-experience placement at ACE Careers Company, I assisted in designing PowerPoint presentations while gaining valuable insight into the organization’s daily operations. This experience enhanced my presentation and communication skills, as I learned to convey information effectively and adapt to different audiences. I also developed strong organizational and time management abilities, ensuring tasks were completed efficiently while adjusting to the ever-changing daily schedules. Adapting to a fast-paced environment taught me how to prioritize responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. During this placement I also observed and answered 8 phone calls with people reaching out to the business and was able to effectivley assist them.
