I have been working for over seven years in a highly stresfull Civil Department, that has helped me develop my office skills. I have been able to manage very demanding work situations, in which I have had to make executive decision to prevent a certain issue to escalate. I have always had in mind, whilts working there, the wellbeing of my colleagues and that of the public that we are meant to serve. I have always completed every task in a way that would help the next person that was going to deal with it. I have been a great communicator, always informing all parties involved in the process of the developments and the issues that I have encountered.
