• Increased the quantity of producing the plastic items on 5% daily by different break times. For not to loose time and money while all the team is going on break and factory need to stop working, the team was divided into separate groups with different break time.
• Made work easier and faster on 10% daily by introducing new team work. When plastic paper is almost finished, conveyor was supposed to be switched off for the reason one person is not able to collect the items from the conveyor and change the plastic role at the same time. The idea was that one person was responsible for changing the plastic roll on the conveyor while another one is still collecting the new items from the conveyor non stop. In this case the conveyor does not to be switched off.
