Summary

I am a compassionate Head of Care that is flexible and determined to meet my resident's needs, regardless of their background and dependency level. I have experience in working with the elderly and I liaise with external healthcare professionals and together create support plans that I lead the rest of the care team to follow. My resident's wellbeing, safety and dignity is my priority and I am dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for my residents in this stage of their lives and I motivate my team to achieve this.

I do not have any financial responsibilities at work as of yet, but work alongside my manager to ensure that we work at safe staffing levels and that the staffing choices that we make are cost effective. As Head of Care, I am responsible for identifying, monitoring and managing risks across the home.
