• Designed Content Creation Toolkit to guide Learning team and business SMEs through the design and delivery of in person and virtual technical workshops.
• Partnered with Strategy and Communications senior managing directors, to design client-facing, technical communications workshops, dubbed “Teneo Academy.”
• Re-launched Breakthrough UK women’s sponsorship programme, reviewing previous cohorts’ feedback, sourcing and partnering with new external partner to create sponsor and sponsee toolkits, launch workshop, sponsee development sessions, networking, sponsor support and sponsee peer coaching sessions.
• Designed and delivered DEI Windrush awareness panel session for 200 attendees, interviewing 98 yearold Windrush generation member.
• Partnering with CEO of FA business to devise actions to support gender action plan, including male allyship training.

• Partnered with internal Sustainable Investment team and over 20 technical SMEs to design, build and launch the global Schroders Sustainability Curriculum, a suite of 22 self paced learning modules to improve sustainability know-how.
• Conducted a management LNA via focus groups to inform redesign of manager milestone programme, in line with the Schroders Manager Expectations.
• Partnered with Headspring Executive Development (a joint venture between the FT and IE Business School) to co-create and launch the first Schroders Sustainable Leadership Programme for high potential, senior talent and successors to critical roles.
