Role focused on the production of custom soft furnishings and accessories. Tending to machines to keep the work environment fully functional. Operated various industrial machines to sew together pieces in a high demand and fast face environment as well as quality checks on finished pieces to uphold standards.
Worked within the University Fashion Department, main responsibilities include satisfying orders from the haberdashery, including cutting fabric. Gave fabric recommendations, general organisation and processed stock to organise inventory. Carried out daily examinations on all industrial equipment to check its functioning and fixing basic repairs.
Engaged with customers in a willing and friendly way to help them with their shopping. Assisted on Visual Merchandising displays throughout different departments. Organised and kept store to a high standard in order to give a positive impact on the customer. Jewellery trained and worked selling luxury jewellery.
