As an Area Sales Manager, I am responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of new and existing Merchant accounts within my area of responsibility. My role focuses on driving sales performance and delivering agreed sales volume and margin targets, while ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

I lead all aspects of account management, including maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants and identifying new business opportunities.

I monitor sales performance, analyse trends and implement strategic actions. I work collaboratively with the internal teams to deliver consistent service and value. Through regular communication, structured reviews, and pro-active problem solving, I ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
