I am a detail-oriented and people-focused graduate with a strong foundation in analytical research, stakeholder engagement, and cross-cultural communication. I bring precision, empathy, and discretion to benefits administration, supporting employee wellbeing through clear processes and responsive service. Motivated by Kinly's mission to connect people through technology, I thrive in collaborative environments where trust, innovation, and human-centred solutions drive impact.
During my work experience in Parliament with MP Sarah Sackman, I gained practical exposure to office-based casework, policy-making, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, high-trust environment. I supported her team in distilling complex information and communicating with discretion, skills that are essential to corporate settings where clarity and confidentiality are paramount.
Contributing to the New Barnet Town housing programme deepened my understanding of infrastructure planning and the role of strategic collaboration in shaping inclusive communities. This experience reinforced my commitment to solutions that connect people, improve systems, and reflect Kinly's mission to enhance human interaction through thoughtful service and innovation.
Figure skating has been a defining passion for over 11 years, and continuing the sport at the National Ice Centre in Nottingham was a highlight of my university experience. Performing a solo routine at the university showcase alongside skaters from Nottingham Trent reinforced the importance of courage, collaboration, and mutual support, values which I carry into every team I join. Supporting teammates and contributing to a shared performance strengthened my leadership and adaptability, while the discipline of training honed my resilience and ability to thrive under pressure.
Alongside this, I've been actively involved in community awareness campaigns, including sponsored ‘sleep outs' with Homeless Action in Barnet since 2017. These experiences deepened my understanding of complex social issues and the importance of long-term, human-centred solutions, principles that resonate with Kinly's mission to connect people and improve lives through thoughtful, technology-enabled collaboration.
