I am currently working as the Retail Manager for The Jolly Baker. My job responsibilities include:

• -Overseeing operations of all four stores, and managing over 60 staff members across the company.
• -Completing training and mentoring staff, to ensure high-performing teams throughout the stores.
• -Tracking and analyzing sales data to optimize both profit and customer experience.

As a volunteer with RDA, I assisted children with mental and physical disabilities to safely enjoy horse riding therapy lessons. My responsibilities included:

• Caring for the children, whilst ensuring their safety at all times.
• Pre-planning lessons and identifying any risks to both the children and volunteers.
• Regularly reviewing training to ensure all volunteers are confident and up to date in their roles.

My responsibilities included:

• Ensuring all tasks carried out met regulatory compliance.
• Complying with standard operating procedures, ensuring they were kept up to date and regularly reviewed by all members of staff.
• Maintained well-ran operations by delegating priority tasks to staff in the absence of management.

Working at Bampton Healthcare, I completed my qualifications in pharmacy dispensing and medicine counter selling.

My responsibilities included:

• Accurately labelling and dispensing prescription medications.
• Managing business shop side, ensuring that over the counter medicines being sold are within budget and that profit is being tracked and logged.
• Closely working with clinical standards to ensure safe practice.
