As a Passenger Travel Assistant at Birmingham airport, I developed the patience and resilience needed to support vulnerable passengers in a busy environment. During my university placement, I ventured in Marketing at DPD, where I built strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Currently working as a Customer Helper with Jet2, developing my customer service skills and giving me front-line insight into the company. Working as a Pilot has always been the goal, and I'm eager to build a solid understanding of the aviation business through the hands-on opportunity of the Flight Programme.
