· End-to-end SLA production (castable resins): material prep → slicing → build set-up → in-process checks → post-processing & QC for turbine-blade casting patterns (IGT/aerospace), meeting >98% on-time delivery to internal deadlines.

· Process validation: implemented ring tests, cure-depth studies, and pre-print viscosity tests.

· Post-processing & hand-finishing: support removal, IPA wash, UV post-cure, precision sanding/waxing; improved surface finish (Ra) by ~50%.

· Ceramic cores via DLP (slurries): slurry make-up and rheology control, build strategy, and green-body handling for cooling-channel cores.

· Rapid tooling (SLA + CNC): printed moulds and CNC-finished to spec; achieved ±0.10 mm.

· Printer farm set-up (DLP): assembled, commissioned, and calibrated a multi-machine cell; Calibrated build-plate levelling/exposure checks.

· Troubleshooting & repairs: light-source/LCD screens, sensor alignment, axis calibration, resin-handling systems.

· Fast turnarounds & readiness: efficient part removal, platform cleaning, resin changeovers, and next-run set-up.

· Large-format SLA commissioning (1200 × 1200 × 1500 mm): laser calibration, platform levelling, and first-article validation delivered on schedule.
