At Sutton united football club my role is facility control worker my role is make sure that everything is neat and tidy whilst it also being where it needs t be so that the players and customers have ease of the facilities that we provide, I make sure to constantly help out as much as possible from using my initiative and not having to be asked, this would be things like getting the layouts set up and putting the bookings where they need to be

With my experience at the club and the different ways that I have to communicate with others and what work best, when communicating with the different age groups about issues and conversation i would use different tones and simpler explanation that i would to someone older than me for example.

with working here for coming up to two years now i have dealt with hundreds of incidents and administered other around me making sure the club can run as smoothly as possible with the best experience,

I often cover others shifts that they may struggle to attend and still manage to maintain the organisation whilst even having less knowledge on what runs on that shift

When I started here I got through right into the deep end and already testing my knowledge of what I know.

they trained me up from assembling some of the pieces that go into the brand new cutting edge electrical fires, and therefore working in an assembly line. They later moved me onto CAD (computer aided design) where they was amazed by how fast I latched on and how eager i was to learn.

I learnt different design techniques and different ways of innovating products like working backwards and taking apart a product,

all helping me with follow down the career pathway I want.
