- Lead a small team to implement detailed design of documentation, PLC, HMI and SCADA software, functional safety, hardware, functional testing, and install and commissioning.
- Developed comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements for successful execution.
- Established strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through transparent communication and regular status updates.
- Led the control system upgrade of The Falkirk Wheel. At the time this was the biggest project Fairfield’s had undertaken and had to be delivered in an 18-month period.
- Outside project work I am also a mentor for an apprentice and I have developed the standard word and excel templates for use across the company.
