Most of my experience has been gained within the hospitality sector, working both at strategic and operational level. An excellent team player, with in-depth skills and knowledge of partnerships, working and liaising with both clients and stakeholders to ensure maximum success.   • Joined this independently owned company to help two friends start their own business
  • In charge of Recruitment, Training and development, creating, designing and developing menus, Payroll, HR, sourcing POS Systems, Labour Management Systems, Inventory and Procurement Management, Installing Compliance systems, Food Safety and Health and Safety and ensuring the business is compliant in all areas
  • I also set up targets and KPIs for the General Managers and the rest of the management teams to manage their PNLs effectively and ensure consistent business growth.

  • Joined Food Fund International, a family owned business based in Dubai but spread across the Middle East as Head of Operations for UK.
  • I was also in charge of new site acquisitions, openings and development, to add to the company portfolio in the UK
  • I oversaw both the award-winning Meat Co Steakhouse and the renown Original Smokehouse in Westfield West London to kick start my mission in the UK
  • Responsible for over 100 employees plus 14 Management staff
  • Oversaw refurbishments and modifications to both sites with daily live entertainment which helped boost revenue and ensured we smashed budgets consistently
  • Worked with Westfield Marketing department to promote the businesses through specific targeted promotions
  • Was in the middle of opening the ‘Grill Shack' brand before COVID struck.

  • Responsible for all Financial performance of the sites and all operational aspects of the business delivering a combined annual revenue of over £20 million
  • Effectively and responsibly drove improvement performance across all departments and areas of the business in Canary Wharf, Chelsea and Covent Garden sites by effective management and control of the PNLs with site GMs
  • Recruited, trained, motivated and evaluated performance of over 200 staff with site GMs and various Heads of Departments including Reception/Hosts, Bartenders, Bar Backs, Waiters, Food Runners, Drink Runners, Bussers, Kitchen Porters, Night Cleaning Teams and Chefs of all levels, for their individual pathways and personal development
  • Responsible for organizing and executing weekly functions and exclusive events of more than 500 guests at times, with minimum spends of between £45k - £65k each
  • Exceeded Financial Objectives by maximize revenue through strict budgets, workforce management and inventory control
  • Received five 100% Mystery Diner Reports in a row with averages of 96% in all three sites
