- Developing, creating, and managing fast deployment options (OS images/full backups and restore) for various devices both inside the organisation and for external clients (enterprise-level companies such as banks, hospitals, and city halls).
- Providing remote and on-site hardware and software debugging, installation, data recovery, migration, and encryption of portable devices in accordance with the company's security policy. - Deploy and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPO) to regulate internal security standards, such as USB access restrictions, and user permission levels.
- Deliver comprehensive remote support using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), RDC, and specialised remote assistance software.
- Perform advanced hardware services, including full disassembly/reassembly of laptops and PCs, and design purpose-built custom builds for specific business needs.
- Perform regular backups and overseeing deployment of Virtual Machines within Hyper-V and VMware local environments. Theoretical low-level practical knowledge of Cluster Management. Utility of Veeam Backup for scheduled and mandatory backups.
