• Working as a member of TOM (Transportation Operation Management) team at STN8 my role would include covering critical roles like Office/Shipping Clerk, Check in, Check Out, Yard Marshall, Indoor Marshall. My role includes efficient and positive communication with drivers, team members, ROC, and other sites verbal and via emails during each shift. This role also includes ensuring that all drivers fallowing safety rules at the time when they are allowed in the yard.
  ▪ Managing emails, raising cases with load cancellations, requesting extra collections, pull time changes, equipment type changes and estimated time arrivals.
  ▪ Monitoring process of loading vehicles, send on bays proactively trailers for next load.
  ▪ Planning loading process to avoid loading delays and yard congestion.
  ▪ Checking data, finishing loads in system by providing vehicles with seals and CMR’s
  ▪ Communicated with Yard Marshalls proactively to make sure drivers will reach check out gate on time and volume which has been loaded in the trailer not going to be departed late.
  ▪ Monitoring available trailers in yard.
  ▪ Check in drivers proactively to avoid queuing and allocating them to right dock door, which will be more suitable depended on volume which has been loaded at previous FC.
  ▪ Ensuring that safety rules been followed by drivers while they are allowed in the Yard and signing TDR/GTDR by completing all safety checks.
  ▪ Opening/ Closing dock doors, signing TDR/ GDTR by completing all safety checks.

I've been working inside Amazon performing the same duties just working for the agency, Addeco Recruitment.

It was a regular job in a nice environment with cool people. In general it was a lot of movement and attention to the dozens of lanes, we had to make sure that they do not stop and if they stop, to solve the problem.

A job that I did with pleasure, it tested my attention but also my technique. In general, my duty was to check the condition of the wagons in the transit, border or training stations. To make sure that from a technical point of view, the wagons are safe in circulation. A job due to which I travelled a lot and gained experience
