I am a driven and career-focused individual who has recently completed a BTEC Business qualification, with a strong ambition to build a successful career in land surveying and real estate. While I may not yet have hands-on experience in the field, I have a growing understanding of current property market trends and a deep interest in expanding my knowledge within both sectors. My studies have equipped me with valuable skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail all of which I’m eager to apply in a practical, professional setting. I’m open to any opportunity that allows me to gain experience, develop new skills, and contribute meaningfully to a team. Whether it's in land surveying, property, or a related role, I bring a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to everything I do. My goal is to continuously grow, take on challenges, and make a lasting impact in whichever role I undertake. I consider myself a kind and understanding individual, shaped deeply by the values instilled in me by my mother the person who raised me to be thoughtful, respectful, and emotionally aware. I strive to do right by her every day, not only through my actions but by becoming someone she can be proud of. In situations that require emotional insight or support, I naturally put myself in both perspectives, aiming to offer fair and logical advice that helps resolve issues constructively. I'm highly intuitive when it comes to others’ wellbeing if someone’s energy feels off or their body language shifts, I make a conscious effort to check in on them, ensuring they feel seen and supported. Beyond this, I have a strong desire to build something of my own one day—something meaningful that makes a real impact. My drive stems from a personal need to create the stability I never truly had growing up, and every step I take is motivated by that long-term goal.
