• Duties included overall planning, coordination, and control of the project from inception to completion, ensuring the client’s requirements were met to deliver a functionally and financially viable scheme, within the authorised cost and to the required quality standards.

• £60 million residential and commercial redevelopment of Saint George’s Urban Village, Hockley, Birmingham.
• Duties included overall planning, coordination, and control of the project from inception to completion, aimed at meeting the client’s requirements to deliver a functionally and financially viable scheme, completed on time, within the authorised cost, and to the required quality standards.
• Additional duties: Designated Individual for Colmore Tang, ensuring compliance with Temporary Works BS5975.

• Programme recovery on one of the largest and most high-profile residential schemes in Birmingham city centre, involving the conversion of a 22-storey office block into 270 apartments (No.1 Hagley Road, Edgbaston).
