I have worked under Jenkinsons for 6 years, working my way up from a regular staff member to becoming a Catering Manager, while also studying a degree in Police and Investigations. On a day to day basis I organise the service of 3 course meals to wedding guests ranging from 50 to 150 covers. While also leading a team of around 8 staff members per day making sure each one is motivated to do the best job possible.
