  • I have to weekly analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement and generate strategies to ensure these are achieved.
  • I also have responsibility for managing all our client accounts and ensuring their growth and satisfaction with the services provided.
  • In this role I manage a team of 4 staff, promoting high performance to leading industry standards while reporting directly to the managing director in daily and weekly briefings and meetings.

  • During this role, I transitioned from a delivery role working for the Torbay franchise to a full-time office position based in Bristol to gain experience in logistics and recruitment alongside my ongoing Degree at the time.
  • I was tasked with generating sales leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team, converting leads into new business opportunities.
  • Alongside this, I also gained hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to facilitating their transition into new roles.
  • I was taught a comprehensive understanding of recruitment workflows, along with methods of enhancing the efficiency of candidate registrations and placement to ensure maximum outputs.
  • Once I had demonstrated my quick learning in the above skills I progressed to learning new skills such as weekly shift scheduling for existing clients, ensuring optimal satisfaction for both drivers and clients regarding assignments and candidate placements with clients.
