Steadman Brown are a Salesforce focused recruitment agency, offering bespoke customer service both to clients and candidates internationally. I focused on the technical side of the Salesforce market, working with Salesforce Developers, Architects, Consultants, Project Managers and QA Testers.

  • Successfully placed 19+ individuals into various roles spanning from Salesforce Developers through to Architects and Software Testers. (Average fee size of £11,000).
  • Developed job descriptions, then created and managed job board advertisements on a daily basis whilst also understanding that the majority of desired candidates aren’t actively applying to jobs and must be reached out to directly.
  • Succesfully built teams for businesses including tech start ups, utilities, finance, marketing and non-profit companies.
