Accomplishments

Completed a work experience program for Ferrari where I lead a group of 4 to create a prototype of a new electric car. My role was ensuring everything was completed on time and organising the group through 3 different time zones, as well as researching which materials would create not only the fastest but least environmentally damaging car.

Completed the M3 maths challenge. This is a 14 hour maths challenge which this year required us to form equations to predict inside temperatures over 24 hours during heatwaves in the future. Create a model that predicts the peak demand that your city's power grid should be prepared to handle during the summer months (and how it will change in the next 20 years).

Co-lead a trip to a rural town with another 17 year old to China (Guilin province) called Guangnan to study their culture and experience how Chinese philosophy has ensured tradition remains.

Currently working on a research paper on 1800-1850s Chinese and Japanese philosophy which hopefully will be published towards the end of the year.
