• Delivered classroom and guided interactive training to key user-groups
• Managed ongoing training refinement, environment preparation, and emergent requirement attendance

Project Management & Agile Scrum Master:

• Ran all major Agile ceremonies (Stand-Ups, Demos, Retrospectives) for a Major ERP Implementation over the course of 10 Sprints
• Ensured Agile Methodology was used to it's best effect by a diverse functional, development, and business liaison team
• Administered the project Work Management System (DevOps) to ensure compliance and suitability of processes
• Applied both native and external (Power BI) reporting tools to provide stakeholders with dynamic programme visibility
