I am a hard working, passionate individual with a thirst for a customer facing, fast environment.
My current to date role has allowed me to develop significant transferable skills such as target driven tasks in a high pressure and continuous environment.
My previous experience as a Key Accounts Executive allowed me to focus strongly on communication, relationship building whilst enabling me to deliver top quality service for residential Estate Agents and Business Partners. This role provided an insight into the competitive sales industry, which is where I am hoping to return to and excel in.
I am empathetic and pride myself on my ability to adjust to each individual customer. My people person skills means I can mirror and identify client needs. My current role in the construction industry has enabled my practical skills to shine through, whilst often taking on leadership roles and responsibilities for my team.
I am also a multi instrumentalist with an eye for detail and creativity!
I provided account management services for Solicitors. Within this role I learnt to provide first-class client services and built exceptional rapport building skills to nurture key relationships with our existing customers.
I was tasked with monitoring existing clients and scheduling consistent follow-ups with each account, whilst aiming to source new business. I cultivated and sustained critical partnerships with our clients to support consistent satisfaction.
My ability to cold call, cold visit and prospect new business - on top of maintaining existing relations - enabled me to become extremely resilient and focused.
I worked for Jelson Homes for 6 years initially as a bricklaying apprentice.
Following my apprenticeship here I attained an advanced level 3 NVQ in trowel occupations. I then continued with the company for another 3 years as a qualified bricklayer developing new build properties for the company.
For the last 12 months I have worked as a sole trader which has involved sub-contracting to several home developers and building my own business and client portfolio.
Within this I have employed active listening and product expertise to successfully resolve inbound enquiries.
I have taken on multiple private jobs where I have needed to price, scale and manage my own work and clients.
This has enabled me to manage customers and learn the value of negotiation and managing customers expectations.
