• I have a keen interest in cooking and following a healthy diet. I regularly adapt, change and invent new recipes to suit my healthy eating plan, I enjoy a variety of keep fit pursuits, from regular visits to the gym where I have devised a personal gym programme focussing on a mixture of cardiovascular and strength training. I run regularly and enjoying cycling, basketball and football.
