I undertook work experience at a small stationery and online personal assistant business in Maldon. During this time I was able to see how all elements of running a small business come together. This included project planning, design, production, distribution, sales and customer service. I also had the privilege of being allowed to sit in on meetings with the clients of the secondary business covering online personal assistant duties.
