Accomplishments

I am most proud of the the success I have had at the Winterbourne, when I started there it had a terrible culture of bullying, that was way staff retention was very poor, and recruitment was impossible. I managed to turn the department around which led to me being nominated as leader of the year at the circle health group Rise Awards.
