- I took out daily observations with my key children and communicated with parents to help track their development, this included doing quick assessments and ASQ

- My role as an Early Years Mentor is to support and mentor staff who are training to be Level 2/3 practitioners , I communicate with their college tutors and management to keep track of their work and set them deadlines when their work has to be completed. I liaise with management , college tutors and apprentices with progress which has been made.
