• At monarch I was able to gain knowledge of refurbishing gas appliances including machines such as six burners, fryers, ovens, grills, and others
• This comprised of me being given the responsibility of repairing or swapping broken parts on the machines to make the machines work in running order to be released to customers
• Additionally, organising and maintaining a valid stock for parts and managing the warehouse for incoming appliances
• Previously undertaken a gas safety engineering course and currently expanding my knowledge in domestic gas engineering where is will gain the qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, MET1 AND CPA1.

• Responsibilities included creating and finishing sales, dealing with existing customers, processing orders, managing the existing customer base
• Stock Management
• Responsibilities included developing a new stock management system, dealing with existing stock issues, and ordering new stock
• Project management:
• During varies projects undertaken by Monarch catering equipment I been given the role of project manager
• An example of this was through an installation of a fully refurbished kitchen in Edinburgh which included around 40 pieces of equipment comprising of varies cooking equipment and fabrication units
• My responsibility was to plan, organize, and control the installation in a systematic approach that ensures the completion of a project on time
• It included allocating jobs for the team, organizing the workflow and major tasks- making sure everyone had what they needed to be successful

• I have been a professional racing driver for over 8 years, this includes over 6 years in the karting environment where I learned everything there is about professional karting
• Not only did I race professionally but I have also gained experience in driver coaching and have immense experience as a mechanic in the karting environment which developed my knowledge and communication skills through working with clients within varies racing teams
• As a mechanic I additionally learned how to rebuild and maintain the karting engines, which was utilized for me to receive the best results possible

• Website Management
• Responsibilities included selling refurbished stock, creating a new customer base, dealing with existing customers, and end-user sales

• Website Design
• Responsibilities based around marketing a new product range included improving existing website design, implementing “up-coming products page”, contacting existing suppliers about new products and customer relations
• Product Management
• In relation to introducing a new range of products, my responsibilities included market research on existing similar products, facilitating the redevelopment of new user manuals and specifications, as well as branding the latest products in the Pantheon range
• Marketing
• I was overviewing the design of the 2018 product catalogue
• Responsibilities included ensuring the new product range was marketed correctly, corresponding with the design firm, amending photographs, and amending the catalogue layout.

Shadowed and worked with varies managers and head of departments on the production of the new projects including Sky Glass and Sky showtime.
This included working with varies teams- including the financial department and service operations analyst teams to translate the high-Level designs into specific, attainable, realistic, time-boxed, workable documents, for the implementation of the designs and operational functions for the service to operate.
Participated in a controlled workshop with members of the Sky showtime project to understand and apply controlled ways of working and improving the service.
Including the baselining of delivering the projects and the introduction of change control procedures and programme delivery disciplines
This workshop incorporated the introduction of dependency management and critical path analysis across workstreams and the whole programme for improvement.
