England Squash Level 1 -Participation Coach.
I volunteer weekly at Shrewsbury Squash Club to coach junior members twice per week. My main responsibilities are to deliver engaging sessions to encourage and keep juniors coming back. I build rapport and help to increase the number of players at our club. A key responsibility is to diagnose and rectify faults using conditioned games. The role also involves collecting payment from and liaising with parents about their child's performance and future sessions

I performed a variety of tasks on a weekly basis, which included giving directions, ensuring safety on the course and engaging with participants. I also encouraged participants around the course warning them of any obstacles or hazards, as well as ensuring that other park users are aware of the event.

I spent a week in Colmore Row, Birmingham with the Commercial SME teams understanding how they support their customers.
