As part of the Communications & Support Team within TCOPS, I was one of the focal connection points between the Trade Counters and Head Office.
This required managing high call and email volumes directly from the Trade Counters making enquiries, orders, and looking for assistance, to maintain the high standards of efficiency expected of them. Prior to this I worked in the Contact centre assisting customers.
