  • I was in charge of taking fingerprints and profile photos for people who applied for visas, whilst organising the accepted and refused applications with the corresponding documents in the correct folder.
  • I had to sort through archives for folders requested on prior applicants and then put them back, making sure that each folder that was taken out was noted.
  • Interview people when they returned from their journey abroad if they had been considered a flight risk, making sure that they respected the conditions of their visa and that it was indeed them.
  • Data input for applicants refusals and why they were refused, typing up a refusal notification letter to hand back with their passport.
  • Managing data on excel table for the applicants with appointments to present themselves on their return.Filling it out with corresponding information.
  • Flagging people who have overstayed or not respected the conditions of their visas, sending all information regarding them to affiliated embassies.
  • Phoning applicants up to tell them their passports are ready or contacting people who were given visas and had appointments, but did not present themselves at the embassy enquiring as to where they are and why they had not come in.
