I am very proud to have completed two apprenticeships and I have gained two qualifications, the following qualifications are as followed Maintenance operations (QCF Level 2 Diploma) Site Carpentry (NVQ Level 2 Diploma) In the Multi Skilled apprenticeship I completed a number of tasks some of the tasks that I completed were: Knowing how to carry out safe working practices in construction Small-Scale wood trade repairs Small-Scale Plumbing trade repairs In the site carpentry apprenticeship, I completed various tasks which included Hanging doors including frames Using first-hand knowledge of window repairs Inc. Hinge replacements, gaining access into properties for police and tenants who lost keys.

Completing these tasks helped me to gain the necessary confidence and ability to work alone and complete jobs first time, knowledgeable about health and safety, excellent customer service experience with great communication skills with colleagues and the public with also the ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
